Where it all began
Before Lyser, we were already helping companies improve their job ads - making them more inclusive since 2017.
But along the way, we saw a bigger problem: too many job ads were still missing the mark. Without proper brand governance, compliance, or clear structure, the right candidates were less likely to apply. TA teams ended up rewriting ads, screening unqualified applicants, and spending far too long searching for talent. On top of that, non-compliant job ads are also a risk for the company - and when you hire across borders, compliance becomes even more complex.

What Lyser means
The name Lyser comes from the Danish verb “at lyse” – meaning “to shine” or “to illuminate.” It reflects our core promise: to bring clarity to the hiring process.
